SYSTEM
We use a high vacuum distillation system without a column that includes the phases of evaporation, hydrotreatment with green hydrogen and separation by distillation.
Our process reduces greenhouse gas emissions and requires less energy to produce green fuels.
ELECTRIC POWER
Our process requires less than half the electrical energy of traditional combustion process.
OTODIS uses around 0.6 kWh to produce a liter of fuel as opposed to 2.5 kWh from other technologies.
GAS
Our plants use less than a quarter of the gas required by a traditional combustion plant.
OTODIS technology requires 1,300 BTUs to produce one liter of fuel as opposed to 5,800 BTUs from other technologies.
